Confidentiality Agreement
Employee Non-Disclosure & Non-Solicitation.
This Confidentiality Agreement (the "Agreement") is between RIVIA GROUP LLC d/b/a CrestHaus Staffing Group ("CrestHaus") and the individual signing below ("Employee"). Because our work places you inside private events and trusted client environments, protecting confidential information is essential.
1. Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" means non-public information you learn through your work with CrestHaus, including: client and prospective-client identities and contact details; guest lists and guest information; event dates, locations, themes, and security arrangements; CrestHaus pricing, rates, and business methods; personnel information; and any information marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential.
2. Obligations
- Keep all Confidential Information strictly private and use it only to perform your assigned work.
- Do not photograph, record, post, or publish anything about a client, guest, or event, including on social media.
- Do not disclose Confidential Information to anyone outside CrestHaus without written authorization.
- Do not discuss who attended, what occurred, or any detail of a private event with outside parties or media.
3. Non-Solicitation
During your engagement and for twelve (12) months afterward, you will not, on your own behalf or for another, solicit or accept work directly from a CrestHaus client you were introduced to or staffed for through CrestHaus, in a manner that bypasses CrestHaus. This protects the relationships CrestHaus invests in building.
4. Return of Property
On request or upon separation, promptly return all CrestHaus and client property, materials, credentials, and any documents or media containing Confidential Information, and delete any such information in your possession.
5. Duration
Your confidentiality obligations continue during your engagement and indefinitely afterward for information that remains confidential, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Permitted Disclosures
Nothing in this Agreement prevents you from discussing wages, hours, or terms and conditions of employment as protected by law, reporting unlawful conduct to a government agency, or responding truthfully to a lawful subpoena or legal process.
7. Remedies
You acknowledge that a breach may cause CrestHaus harm for which money damages alone are inadequate, and that CrestHaus may seek injunctive relief in addition to other remedies available at law. This Agreement is governed by New York law.
Acknowledgment
I have read and understand this Confidentiality Agreement and agree to be bound by it as a condition of my engagement with CrestHaus Staffing Group.
