- Business contact details and the names and roles of your representatives.
- Event and staffing details, billing and payment information, and correspondence with us.

- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To recruit, screen, hire, schedule, pay, and manage staff, and to place staff with clients.

- Clients: we share relevant staff information (such as name, role, qualifications, and assignment details) with clients for whom staff are placed.

Where we obtain background or consumer reports, we do so only after providing the required disclosure and obtaining your written authorization, and we follow the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), New York State law, and the NYC Fair Chance Act—including making any criminal inquiry only after a conditional offer. Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
